Last night I was a fortunate +1 to see BØRNS at the Masonic Lodge in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. It was my first time seeing them, and to be honest I really didn’t know much about their music.
They blew me away.
It was easily one of the best shows I’ve seen at the Masonic Lodge. They walked out to a Beatles song, peppered their set with friendly banter and anecdotes about certain songs, and even played some new tunes. Highly recommend seeing them if you get a chance.

On Friday night I made the trek to the Bowl for the second time in a week to watch Kanye perform 808s & Heartbreak. He brought out everyone that was featured on that album other than Lil Wayne and had to stop the music once when it got out of sync, saying “this is the best dress rehearsal.” Overall he was much better than when I saw him at Outsidelands in 2014.
An interactive exhibit showcasing the inspirations behind Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2015 collection was made available for free to the public in a Hollywood warehouse.
