These boys have been busy.  Of the remix, RAC writes  
“I was a little on the fence when this offer came in. I’ve done major label pop projects before, and I’ve certainly passed on a few, but something about Katy Perry was interesting. If she can’t take herself too seriously, why should I? Music is supposed to be fun, and I certainly had fun with this one.” 
True spit. Music should be fun. 

 

POP ETC

So The Morning Benders had a name change and are now called POP ETC. I find the new name to be a bit…silly. The name implies they don’t want to be held accountable, and we all know that one without conviction is a lost soul.  (As if their sound can’t be tied down to a specific genre, but it translates more as to they haven’t found their sound niche).  I hope this isn’t the case because I really liked TMB.
